Caregiver Connection Spring 2012 Telephone Conference Call Programs

Telephone Seminars: One-hour educational presentations by local experts on matters of interest to family caregivers. Q&A and handout material provided.  Learn conveniently by telephone from home.  Spring Series highlights programs providing care in the home as an alternative to nursing home care.

Held as conference calls 7pm – 8pm

    3/26 “Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Medicaid Waiver Program”

    4/30 “PACE: Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly”

        Presented by Bernadette Hallam, Director & Courtney Van Dyke, Intake Eddy SeniorCare

12-week Tune-up Class: Class for caregivers, held by telephone conference call.  Reduce stress, strain & depression;  Solve problems more effectively; Learn about community resources.  Award-winning & evidence-based; led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
