The 10th Annual Travers Wine Tasting to benefit Senior Services of Albany's Meals on Wheels program and other senior-related services will take place in true Hollywood style, at the National Museum of Racing in Saratoga Springs on Friday, August 22, 2008.

This exclusive, high profile benefit is a unique part of the ever-popular “Travers Festival” activities, and captures the excitement of the summer season in Saratoga while benefiting a worthy cause. The evening features a premier wine tasting of 200 upscale wines and beer from around the globe as well as a taste of the areas finest caterers and restaurateurs including: DP Brasserie, Yono's, Glen Sanders Mansion, Vin Santo Tapas & Wine Bar, Hattie's, Classe Catering, The Farmhouse Table, and Springwater Bistro. Some new features this year will be the “Speakeasy Courtyard” for the cigar and scotch enthusiast and a “Jazz Lounge” featuring Jill Hughes and her trio.

The Travers Wine Tasting Event is limited to guests age 21 or older. Identification required. Ticket price per person:

Benefactor Level $250.
includes a listing in the invitation and program book ($500 per couple)
Honorary Committee $150.
includes a listing in the invitation and program book ($300 per couple)
Guest Reservation $125.
