Albany Senior Orchestra
Conductor: Charles J. Trupia
Charles J. Trupia is a professional musician with over 60 years experience and education in music. Retired Director of the Division of Humanities & Arts – New York State Education Department and Jeanine Budesheim.
Musicians 60 and older are welcome to join this professional group. They rehearse weekly from August through June at the Louise Corning Center and perform concerts throughout the Capital District at various senior centers, nursing homes, schools, and also perform for various civic occasions in the community.
Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

The Red Hot Belles
Queen Mother: Alene Sherman
If you would like to have fun and enjoy the company of others who want to have fun, come check us out. Meetings are followed by lunch at noon. Membership in the Red Hat Society is not required to attend the 1st meeting.
Meets every 2nd Thursday of each month, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Louise Corning Center Cost: There is a minimal monthly fee for this group.

The Westview Choir
Music Director: Lynn Gross
Jainye Jiang has studied this ancient form of movement since he was a child, learning from such well known masters such as Yu Mingwei, Yu Hai and others. He received a BA and a Master Degree from Qufu University and the Shanghai Physical Education Institute. He is also an international Tai Chi Judge in both China and the United States. Jainye Jiang has had a loyal following of students at the Louise Corning Center for over 10 years.

Lead by MVP Health Care Community Educator, Kristine Lindahl, MVP Gold Dance Moves is a new class offering a great aerobic workout through a variety of fun dance styles, with emphasis on strecthing, balance and coordination.
Meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Senior Photography Club
Instructor: Max Tiller
Max Tiller is a retired professional photographer. This year round group of photo enthusiasts meets weekly for round table discussions on photography, and show & tell on their personal photo work and on new processes in photography. They also go on field trips, weather permitting. Class participants bring in their own equipment and learn from each other.
Fridays, 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
